Meet Our Summer Intern: Lynessa Hislop

One of the things I enjoy most about the work we do at Inch by Inch Solutions is the opportunity to help develop future leaders who are passionate about making a difference in their communities. That is why I am excited to welcome Lynessa to our team this summer as our intern.

Lynessa recently earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Oakwood University. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, she brings a strong interest in community advocacy, nonprofit work, and consulting, along with a desire to use her skills to create meaningful impact.

As she learned more about the work we do alongside nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven leaders, it became clear that this internship would be a great fit. Throughout the summer, Lynessa will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications, marketing, nonprofit consulting, fundraising strategy, and community engagement.

At Inch by Inch Solutions, we believe that meaningful change happens through steady progress, strong relationships, and a commitment to serving others. We are excited to have Lynessa join us as she continues her professional journey and explores how marketing and consulting can be powerful tools for strengthening communities.
