The Story Behind the Name and the Launch

I’m excited to finally share something I have been working toward for the past two years: the launch of Inch By Inch Solutions.

This company is more than a business. It is the embodiment of my life’s work, my values, and a philosophy that has carried me through every challenge and achievement. And it all started on a discus field.

In another life, I was an athlete. A serious one. A discus thrower with Olympic dreams.

While I did not make it to the Olympics, I achieved something that meant just as much to me: becoming a Division I athlete when I accepted a scholarship to the University of South Carolina in 1998.

During those years, alongside my coach (also known as my step-dad, who raised and supported me every step of the way), I developed what would become the foundation of my life and work: inch by inch.

Every goal, whether in sports, life, or work, was broken down into small, steady steps. Progress was not instant, but it was always intentional. We trained over weeks, months, and years to get where we wanted to go.

That mindset stuck with me. Through career changes, parenting, grief, growth, and all the in-between, I have approached everything inch by inch.

Now, I am building something new from that same foundation. Inch By Inch Solutions is here to help nonprofits, businesses, and individuals grow and thrive. Not in a rush. Not chasing quick fixes. But through steady, strategic steps that lead to lasting success.

It is not magic. It is the power within you, built inch by inch.
